Having the right real estate agent means having an agent who is committed to helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise and integrity. This means, helping you understand each step of the buying or selling process. This level of commitment has enabled me to build a remarkable track record of delivering results. My extensive 31-year career with the New York Housing Authority has propelled me into the parallel role of a Realtor. The responsibilities are very similar. Therefore, I am more than qualified to expedite your estate needs. I started with the Housing Authority in 1984 as an entry level Maintenance Worker. I worked my way up the ranks to the title of Borough Administrator which is the equivalent to a Senior Property Manager in the world of Real Estate. The role of a Borough Administrator is to oversee the day to day management and maintenance operations for nine New York City Housing Authority developments; which consists of 12,000 dwelling units. As Borough Administrator, I received Property Management Certification by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). My responsibilities also included managing multimillion-dollar annual budgets. As well as, negotiating and supervising multimillion-dollar contracts for the NYCHA. I am an expert in all aspects of building maintenance and overall property Management. Based on my building management and customer service experience, it is only natural that I now am in the role of Realtor. Since becoming a realtor, I have earned the Bronze level circle of excellence award for 2017, I mentor, and train new realtors. Most of my clients are obtained via referral; which is the highest recommendation one can recieve. Allow me the opportunity to leverage my skills to assist you in achieving your Real Estate goals.
